The controllers of your data included in the recruitment application are the Nowoczesna Dystrybucji Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw, Aleje Ujazdowskie 41, 00-540 Warsaw (hereinafter also “FND”).

Be advised that providing personal data contained in the form is voluntary, but necessary to take part in the Congress of Modern Distribution. Personal data provided by you will be processed by us in accordance with the law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: RODO) in order to commence with the Congress of Modern Distribution, and if you have given certain consents – also on the basis of the above-mentioned consent and for the purpose of its specific content (e.g. marketing consents).

The processing of your personal data by FND may be based on the following grounds:

• consent of the data subject (in particular, consent to e-mail marketing and newsletter) – art. 6 par. 1 a) of GDP;
• processing in order to fulfil our legal obligations – art. 6 par. 1 b) GDP;
• implementation of our contractual obligations – art. 6 par. 1 c) GDP;
• securing our legitimate interests – art. 6 par. 1 f) GDP.

The period during which we will process your personal data depends on the legal basis for data processing. In the case of processing based on consent, the processing will take place until the consent is revoked. In the case of processing based on the legitimate interest of FND, the processing period lasts until the interest ceases to exist (e.g. statute of limitation of civil claims). In the case of processing based on a legal obligation, the processing time will be determined by appropriate provisions

The expected categories of data recipients: providers of services related to organization of Congress, providers of IT service such as hosting, IT systems suppliers.

You have the right to request access to your personal data relating to your person from the data controller, including the receipt of its copies, right to rectify any mistakes, remove or restrict processing as well as the right to transfer the data (processing of which you consented to). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
